Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and coach team members, provide guidance and direction, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Proven ability to manage digital marketing budgets, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization, across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate insights into strategic planning and campaign development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital marketing assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns, to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage new opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, and provide regular updates and insights to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.
