We are seeking a skilled Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive with 4+ years of experience to oversee and protect our brand’s digital presence.
The ideal candidate will proficiently monitor, analyze, and manage our online reputation, ensuring a positive and consistent brand perception.
You will play a key role in safeguarding the organization's online footprint, responding to feedback, managing reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation.

- Continuous Monitoring:
Monitor online references, reviews, and comments related to our brand, products, and services across various platforms, including social media, review sites, and online forums. - Customer Engagement:
Craft thoughtful and timely responses to customer feedback, addressing both positive and negative remarks to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction. - Content Creation:
Create and share engaging content that emphasizes the strengths and values of our brand while adhering to established brand guidelines to maintain consistency. - SEO for Reputation Management:
Implement SEO strategies to boost the visibility of positive content while reducing the impact of negative content in search engine results. - Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitors' online reputations and provide actionable insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage. - Crisis Management:
Develop and execute crisis communication plans in response to incidents that threaten the brand’s reputation. - Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on online reputation metrics, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights for senior management. Provide suggestions for improving customer perception. - Strategic Recommendations:
Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to align ORM strategies with broader business goals. Offer recommendations based on competitive analysis and reputation metrics.
