Job Description:

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and brand. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement email strategies that drive engagement, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue. Your role will involve managing email databases, crafting compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing email campaigns for better results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.

Create engaging email content, including promotional materials, newsletters, and announcements, tailored to various customer segments.

Manage email databases, segment lists based on criteria such as demographics and past engagement, and maintain data hygiene.

Design and implement automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and re-engagement campaigns.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.

Monitor key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to email marketing, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Work cross-functionally with other teams such as product, sales, and customer support to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyze the performance of email marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Continuously evaluate and refine email strategies to improve deliverability, engagement, and ROI.

Stay informed about emerging email marketing tools and technologies, and recommend new solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
