Vitel Global Communications, a VoIP and UCaaS provider, was relying on a dated SaaS website that failed to showcase its platform’s capabilities or market leadership. Their web pages loaded very slowly, Core Web Vitals scores were poor, and the site offered little for mobile users. There were no dedicated sections for SaaS product features, integrations, or industry-specific solutions that are critical for prospects comparing platforms.
